Strong and stable mount
I used the ball mount for my Helix 10 because of the weight of the unit. It appears to be very strong and should not have a problem supporting the head. It may be a little overkill for the 10, but it's worth knowing that your unit will be stable in all types of situations.

Excellent, Sturdy Mount
Very strong mount with unlimited adjustment to properly align my sonar unit screen to comfortable sight lines. I had not yet tested in in rough water, but I have no doubt it will stand up to the roughest water I can float in.

You can't go wrong with a Ram mount. They are incredibly strong and built to last. My Helix 9 fit perfectly and I will be buying another one for my Helix 8 for the console.

Like this Ram Mount
I have 2 Humminbird Helix 9 s. The graph on the front is mounted on a Ram Mount and doesn't shake even in rough water. The graph on the dash is mounted on a Johnny Ray Mount and looks more like a paint shaker. I'm going to replace that piece of trash with this Ram Mount. If your graph is a larger one don't mount it on a plastic mount. I would recommend this mount to anyone.

Fully adjustable and heavy weight
Worked great on my Helix 9. Seems like a really good product. I just bought another for my Helix 7. I like being able to adjust at any angle.

Same RAM quality
Have a couple other RAM mounts, bought this one for a new Helix I'm putting on another boat. No reason to believe it won't be just as good as everything else they make.

This ram mount had powder coat chipped off in several places. Still will work as intended but doesn’t look the best on a new boat.

Helix 10 mega mount
Used this to mount my Helix 10 MEGA at the helm of my Alumacraft Competitor 165. Fit great and is a well built appropriate mount for this size of unit.
