After I hadn't received the item in a reasonable time I contacted the seller and he explained what was going on. He was very congenial and immediately returned my money. When you ordered the item you were also given a delivery date out further because of the away mood. Thank you.

Air filter was crushed and very damaged and had been soaking wet ... not sure if that was from shipping or the seller but... horrible job on packaging and very slow to ship out. Zero out of Zero for me. Asked for refund.. no response. So lesson learned. Hopefully in the future they have more patience and let sellers try to work on the issue before just giving a negative review for something that was out of the control of the seller. As you can see by all my other reviews (was 100% positive), I always take care of my customers.
