    Great Cookbook, enjoyed the list of Indian foods and spices in the beginning of the book to stock your pantry with, which the list has the Indian names and English names of the foods and spices listed. Will be taking that list with me the next time I go to some of the local Indian stores in my area, or order online from Patel Brothers.

  • Authentic tasty

    Only tried a few dishes so far, they are very tasty and mild to the palate. I enjoy a somewhat spicer version, so working to adapt them to my taste buds. My pantry is lacking in some of the ingredients and will have to rectify this to enjoy the true taste.
