    This was an incredibly professional transaction. Seller described the item accurately and even pointed out that the material wasn’t consistent with my vehicle VIN. I went ahead anyway. Delivery was fast, incredibly well packed and exactly as described. Unfortunately there was a mechanical issue that didn’t show up in the photos (not seller’s fault). They processed the return and refund quickly and even found a similar item in their inventory that would work. Great job! Noma is the best!

    Showed up super fast - to Hawaii - haven’t installed it, but it spins freely and smooth. Package was intact surprisingly well for as heavy an item and the distance. Product as described with donor vehicle information, and even has good looking seals. Price was good. I’m happy with NOMA and their service. It’s hard to find businesses that will ship to Hawaii, but NOMA had no problem, will buy from them again.
