The best budget tripod and fluid-head setup to date?
I am a full time Simi Pro video producer, so I will be writing this review based on my experiences comparing this item with other price marks, brands, makes and models of its kind as honest as possible. This a lower mid-range priced camera tripod that is lightweight and compact; it can handle most basic cameras from DSLR rigs to mid weight cinema camera setups. The fluid-head has a fixed drag for both pan and tilt and has a new locking design that is intuitive and easy to use. It also provides as a safety feature that acts as a slide lock so a camera or rig will not slide out forward or backwards from the slide because it can only be mounting or dismounted from the top… very cool and awesome! Truly this type of build quality and design I have only found on high end tripod setups around the $550+ mark. Now with a price around $250 they had to cut costs somewhere and where this brand cut the cost was the fluid-head and its drag adjustability, but surprisingly the fixed drag is pretty dang close to the drag that I set on the high end fluid-head setups anyway so it’s pretty spot on. Final thoughts: Honestly this is the best budget tripod and fluid-head setup I have used so far, it is more lightweight that the more expensive tripods setups I have but is very close to the same feel and drag as a high end fluid-head. from a light to Mid-weight camera setup (that's most people that is looking for a budget tripod in the first place) then add on the new locking design it gets a 10 out of 10 for both value and quality no questions asked.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
