Not like the old one !!
Not like the old one at all the old one had four segments and magnets would stick to each other at the end and it held it closed very well this one has three sections and the magnet barely touches the edge of the very thin other magnet and does not stay closed very well !! I hope you can see what I mean where it barely touches together in the photo and I hope you like king of the hill it’s in the background couldn’t help it just trying to demonstrate where the two edges barely touched together with magnets !! The only reason I said it was good quality was because of the leather but the magnets that hold it together are of a bad quality so you make up your mind.

Not as good as the original Apple cover/case
The new leather cover is just that. It only covers the top glass portion of the iPad. There is no cover for the back so unless you buy a 3rd party case that works with the cover your iPad will get scratched up.
