Tiny, lightweight, sharp. Best in good light.
I would say this is a great walk-around lens for daylight outdoors. From twighlight on or indoors it’s small aperture requires slower shutter speeds and/or higher ISO values, which can lead to blurry or noisy images. In bright light it procures beautiful images. It focuses quickly. On the GX85 there is no way to focus it manually because there is no focus ring. When trying to focus on small objects up close this is a problem. I believe the GM1 has a way to focus this lens from the camera. It is incredibly small and light. Nice for the price
Takes great pictures during the day, ok pictures at night. It's to be expected with this aperture spec. I love the range on this one for taking portraits and it has a really nice soft bokeh effect. Excellent lens for documentary and urban photography.

Great combination of small size and optical quality
This is a perfect for my Lu ix GX7. Makes my compact camera truly compact. I have other lenses that sharper, faster, and overall better optically but ... this is the lens that I keep on the camera. Solid low budget lens
I have this lens on my G85 for streaming and light vlogging and for the price it does an amazing job. You won’t get fancy boka but what you do get is a great high quality stable image in close/tight proximities. Reasonably sharp; great size.

Fast, sharp and compact.
Great little lense. It's extremely compact and easy to carry. I've tested it indoors and out, with and without the flash. All the images are sharp. It's got enough zoom for most shots. It's a great lense to leave on the camera for unexpected shots that may present themselves.
