It wasn't packaged well-the doll was bent crookedly to fit in the box and there was no packing material. Even just a plastic bag would have helped protect it. The carrier delivered the box outside my door in pouring thunderstorm, but luckily I got to it before the rain got through the cardboard and ruined the doll.
