Great features and great price!
This product never fails me and does exactly what's stated. It's sheer and smooths and goes on evenly without blotchiness. It keeps your eye shadow looking fresh all day long.

E.L.F. is good
this is the sheer primer and it's just fine. works well... love that it's sheer so it doesn't alter the color of my shadow. No need for a primer that costs over $20. This little gem in perfect! recommend? Yes!

Doesn't hold up to sweat
Although this product is an eye shadow lock, I had hoped it would lock eyebrow powder as well since the "glue" that came with the eyebrow powder didn't do its job at all so I would end up with half an eyebrow soon after applying. So far I can report that the ELF wasn't helpful at all during the summer heat. Sweat wiped away all the eyebrow powder, perhaps not as quickly as without the ELF but theresults were the same, half an eyebrow. I can only hope performance will be better in cooler weather.

Great Product
When your 20 year old daughter loves a makeup product, you know it's good! This really does help your eyeshadow stay on all day!

A must have
This makes eye shadow go on so easy and blending is a breeze when you prep with this first. No crease's, makes eyeshadow look lovely.

Sheer, Light, Perfect Under Shadow
Goes on nice and light and the sheer color doesn't change the color/tint of your eye shadow. Seemed to help keep my shadow in place. And you can't beat the price. I think the elf products in general are good quality for being a cheaper brand!

It goes on nicely...eyeshadow does stay in place, tugs a little while applying the eyeshadow.

Probably awesome for younger skin. E L F is great!
I am 56 and the product did not work for me, but it is a good consistency and I'm sure it would work well on younger skin. I love my E L F!

This actually works to keep your eye shadow in place
I am so happy to have found this. My only complaint is that there is not enough of it in the tube. I will have to look for larger amounts!
