    I’ve tried reaching out to the seller multiple times with no response but a message saying they would return to the office on the 16th of October. After sending another message after the 16th I still received the same message with on reply still. Item was shown to be in its original package and in good condition. Lock set arrived in a bag with no packing and some missing parts. The long distance shipping just destroyed the brass finish, leaving scratches and dings. Very disappointed in the sell.

    Very effective

    I had purchased on of these for one of my other dogs. It worked so well that when we got another dog I purchased another collar. The item I received was brand new in the box and works great. It was priced very well.

    Exact model needed

    We needed the controller for the collars we already owned and it was easy to program. The controller needs a beeper so when it gets misplaced you can find it. Easy to program for two collars, even if they are not the ones that come in the original packaging. The beep tone quickly gets the dog's attention and rarely is the shock feature needed.

    Not what I expected

    I purchased a cheaper version of this unit several years ago. Basically the same features as this one. The old unit had adjustable everything, from the sound feature to the vibrate to the "shock". I could turn the intensity of the sound up to get my pet's attention when needed. This unit was well over what I paid for the old one, so I expected to be able to adjust these same features like I could on the old one. Man was I wrong. This unit, the only adjustable feature is the "shock" feature. The volume for the sound is extremely low. The vibrate feature is almost nonexistent. Holding it in your hand you barely feel it vibrate. I'm very disappointed in this higher dollar/supposedly higher quality unit. I do not recommend purchasing this unit.

    I love it!

    This this is amazing! I have to charge it about every 48 hours but it’s worth it. The controller stays charged for over 7 days. At day 7 it still has two of the three bars! I wish the proprietary charger had a usb connection so I could easily carry-and-go by charging from my car or portable charger. Still gets five stars!

    Peace Keeper

    I used this to control one of my dogs who on occasion started fighting with my other dog! Wow it was magic..........I put the collar on and it was if he knew what the collar was for ! I caught him a couple of times going for the other dog and only pushed the tone button which stopped his aggressive behavior. Have not yet had to shock him..............Knock on wood !
