Makes all other oyster knives obsolete. Ingenious design, ease of operation, and makes opening oysters fun. Bought two because it's that damn good. The tool gets in where clam knives cannot. The trick and beauty of this knife is the leverage you get. It pops open the most stubborn oysters with ease. The blade cuts the inside muscle with ease, although for my own liking I'd sharpen it a little. Safety however permits you to leave it alone because it will work flawlessly. It is the best oyster knife
I have at least a dozen different style oyster knives and while some are better for certain types of oyster than others, the shucker paddy is hands down the best all around tool. You need to watch the video he has on line showing it in action before using it.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Nice ergonomics!
