Today is the 15th of August and I still haven’t received it. I contacted this seller on the 13th of August and they guaranteed me it would arrive on time. They did not share a tracking number like they said they would so I have no idea as to when this will come. I’m leaving for Mexico on the 20th of this month to bury my husbands ashes and don’t have the promised urn now to bury him in.
