The communication with the seller was great, and the shipping was surprisingly fast. Now, as for the packaging, it was adequate because there was no visible damage inflicted on the box. Oh, and lastly, the last minor damage would be a small plant decoration for the base of the resin figure, which I found already snapped off in the box, but I can glue it back on, so it's no problem. The damage either was already there or it got damaged during shipping, I assume.
