I'm happy --with both units. EASY set-up, easy control

Wasted my money an useless item
To make it better you need to start by being honest , besides that the Vitec phone set came with out the base unit charging cable the batteries where both damaged I had to pay $17,00 for the charging cable jus to find out that the phone batteries needed to be replaced.
