These terminals OUTPERFORM the soft lead Mil Spec terminals all day. Because they are solid you never have to over torque the terminal to the battery post. Bonus they don't deform the soft lead battery post leaving the raised crush line from the terminal space/pinch point. Great experience with the seller and the part....I will 100% buy more!

I realized that my item wasn’t gonna be on time so I tried to cancel the order before it showed that it shipped. He told me I couldn’t cancel the order because it already was shipped, so I said don’t worry about it. I’ll just pay to send it back to you. He refunded my money and told me to keep the item. All I can say is this is the best experience that I’ve ever encountered on eBay, buy with confidence from the seller. (I’m still willing to pay to ship it back? )

Wish the customer service was a little better though. Takes a while for a response and then it's always at a minimum. Not very helpful at all. Still a good brand. I can't take that from them.
