Unfortunately manufacturers do not always provide dates of processing so makeup can become a gamble of sorts. Through no fault of the seller the item had become unusable. Contacted them as soon as I opened package and explained the condition of product. Seller refunded the purchase price immediately. Ordered March 9, delivered March 13 - PA to MN. Polish appears to be in new, unused condition. The look of the bottles had been noted on the description of the listed item that they came from a retail setting, so the bottles may not appear pristine, but I'm the one using them and don't mind. I chose lighter colors for spring and look forward to using them! A+ seller!
