    A pleasant surprise

    I never had good experience with Skunk2's products (especially the front upper camber-adjustable A-arm for 3GTL), so I was going to return it if it disappointed me again. This shift knob gave me a positive surprise. First of all, it is very heavy as compared to the OEM knob and is a bit smaller. The 1st & 6th gears on my TL clash when the MT fluid is at freezing temp, and it was hard to shift with the OEM knob. This knob makes it easier to shift even in freezing days, and the gears no longer clash for some reason. The color is dark grey with red legends, and laser-etched `Skunk2` logo, rather reserved looking which I actually love as I'm in my late 40's. I hate juvenile look. Now I got used to with this knob, the OEM knob feels too big and I probably won't be going back to the ...

    Better than OEM knob

    Its so good quality and color etc may think its original part from factory. Excellent upgrade for civic type-r. No more slippery shifts with the original "8-ball" lousy knob.

    Shifting is much better with this

    Way heavier than stock shift knob. Feels high quality and the finish is clean. Red shift pattern stands out nicely as well as the skunk 2 logo. Shifts are effortless with this shift knob and make my 2012 Si much more enjoyable to drive. Great quality and a pretty good price.

    Excellent piece

    Not much to say, but this is a nicely machined piece. The engraved shift pattern with red accenting is crisp and clear. The color-matched lock nut is a nice touch as well.
