Needed a couple of attempts to get the printer to recognize the cartridges but taking them out and reinserting them worked. Unfortunately, the black cartridge has no ink and I've been unable to contact the seller so I will need to buy a new cartridge. That's what I did. They returned it refilled and everything's working fine now. A pleasure to do business with someone who has real customer service. Happy to recommend them as a reliable seller.
