I did not receive any email conformation updates after my purchase. 2 days after it was supposed to arrive, I emailed them to ask about my item. I was informed that It was out of stock. They apologized, credited my account and sent me a different free scoop. Altogether I am satisfied with how the transaction was handled. The hand probe works as advertised. I'm still reading the manual and watching videos to understand the detector before I take it outside.
