This Doro 6820 does the job at a fair price.The phone appears to be brand new and comes with a charging dock. The instructions are in French for some reason but this is not an issue as the Doro English manuals are easily found online. I like the flip style as keys do not get accidently pressed.

There was no screen protector on the phone and smudged finger prints on the screen. As the phone was purchased for a gift and unsure of the item condition it was returned. The return was handled swiftly and with good communication from the seller. All in all good customer service.
