    Better Than The Original

    This air filter cover fit perfectly on my Kawasaki engine. The only difference in appearance is that it does not have the red and black Kawasaki sticker on it. I took my P-Touch label maker and used the space for information that I need when I am servicing the engine. It saves me having to get out the manual and makes it easy to find the serial number, model number, etc. (see pictures) This cover is better than my original. Where this one has actual hinges, the original only had a flexible plastic rib that would break with repeated opening and closing.

    Sturdy, but hinge too bulky

    This is a very quality air filter cover. However, the hinge portion is too large and prevents the cover from snapping down and locking in to the two slots on the sides. It hits on the top of the air filter and binds at that point. I tried removing the foam filter off the air filter and it still binds against it. I ended up leaving out the two screws and it snapped in okay. It still sticks up just a bit at the hinge end of the cover, but it seems to stay in place okay while I mow. I have a 2009 Cub Cadet RZT-54 zero turn mower which calls for a 11011-7065 filter cover which is what is shown in the title of the ad. It's such a simple part to install, I can't imagine I'm doing something wrong, but I have studied it nine ways from Sunday and get the same result! It seems to be a perfect fit ...

    Air Filter cover is aboslutely essential to a good running engine.

    Without this cover a lot of loose clippings will land on and clog the air filter, requiring frequent removal of the clippings. This was one of the least expensive ones I could find and fits perfectly.

    Perfect Fit for old, worn out cover that fell apart.

    This fit my old Kawasaki perfectly. Removed two screws, replaced the cover, screwed them in, done! Old cover was not made to last as plastic fold cracked over time. This cover is hinged and I expect it to last as long as the engine. It's made better than the original.
