Items looked ok, but the screws were not good quality enough so replaced them with some high performance screws. one of the plastic nuts did not seem to have the right threading for the thread it had ti go up but fortunately I bought 2 packs and used one out of the spare pack! The items were packed well. At a reasonable price! They looked brand new! once fitted they look good (only put 4 stars due to screws and plastic nut)

Could only use the plastic bits and had to use the original nut bolt which came with the original toilet seat tighten the hinge. Toilet seat now stable. Item arrived on time.
