The seller used more than enough packing material to keep the item safe if handled correctly. Seller was contacted and shipped another unit at no cost that arrived unharmed. I would definitely buy from the seller again. That said, this seller was very professional throughout- tried to ship the figure twice, didn't work out, so they offered a refund- and found an alternative for me to find the same figure for a reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend working with this seller.
