Aliens From Other Galaxies Need Love Too!
A look into the future by taking a trip back to the past....Star Trek's inspiration, also the Interrosater (the first intergalactic Color Television ) The idea of alien abduction by a tractor beam.....all of this and so much more. The first science fiction movie to get an award. This Island Earth has it all. I fully enjoyed this movie once again, I had several VHS copies in stock in my old video store from 1983 to 2011, so I had to buy a DVD to have it to show my 2 year old grandson, who has watched it several times, and will probably watch it again! You should really watch this outstanding piece of Sci-Fi history, you will enjoy it many times over!

A movie worth watching
When it was first released this movie was not expected to get the reviews it got in later showings. It took a little while to get recognized and have a following. But the plot line is good, and the main actors are believable. Seeing the professor from Gilligan's Isle playing a scientist was interesting.

A Real Blast From The Past
I am a fan of the 1950s, science fiction movies. This one is in color. It rates as one of the best of its kind. It's fun to watch even though the special effects of the day were pretty crude. You have to appreciate it for what it is. The quality of the film is good and it has a familiar story to tell.

Great sci-fi
A great movie and for those who like Sci-Fi movies of the past. This movie is a great movie I have so many other ones from that era that are just phenomenal. Go to create a movie like that now the ideas of what they came up with just amazing highly recommend this movie.

A trip down memory lane
Thank you for saving these campy old movies. The movie was complete with original theater trailers. Great sound, great color. No flaws, A joy to watch again.

One of the classic, first movie to show a alien civilization. Great cast and special effects.. you will not be disappointed

It's great
This Island Earth, Forbidden Planet, the original Time Machine. The original War of the Worlds are the greatest SciFi movies ever made. This Island Earth is fantastic.
