    Seller is very responsive and reasonable. Item received with plastic bag ripped in one end and card board box ripped in the other end and some of contents were missing from listing image. Contacted seller and was able to get a return shipping label and a refund as soon as the item was dropped off at the post office. Would definitely buy again and recommend this seller without hesitatiion.

    Item shipped fast and packaging was fine. Came in the manufacturer's box with paperwork and wrapped up. Happy to see item was as described, although, I do see a few imperfections here and there on the tub spout and valve trim. However, everything I need is accounted for and I really feel like I got a great value considering how pricey these trims normally run! Thank you!
