Very good quality wood used. Fast shipping from India and very well packaged. I had to ask for a replacement piece and there was no problem whatsoever. The set is amazing and of very high quality! My only small issue was one of the black knights was slightly brighter than the other, but after messaging Staunton Castle they quickly responded and after reviewing the pictures I sent offered to send a new one free of charge.
