Icom IC-R6
This is a really great little radio. It comes with everything you need. I've been using it a lot and the batteries are still strong. The manual that comes with it is all Japanese, but it can be easily downloaded from Icom's website.

Excellent radio with lots of features
Love the radio. The only thing is that the manual was all Japanese but was able the Google search the English version and print it off on my printer.
