I bought this as I'm interested in nutrition, changing my lifestyle etc and thought it might be a useful tool. I was a bit overwhelmed by the cost but did some research and thought it might be more than your average food diary. Well it is!

I usually manage about 4 days on a food diary - already on day 15 so something is keeping me coming back for more.I have found it to be very flexible, even within my current regime - not focused on weight loss but on nutrition gain and changes for the long term.
