  I was disappointed with the plates because they were heavily marked and one had a substantial chip. These features were not mentioned in the description or shown in the photo. When I contacted the seller they claimed that the chip had happened in the post but I find this an implausible explanation as the plates were adequately packed. The reply to my query concerning the condition of the plates was slow and no refund was offered. I advise against buying from this seller.

  Reasonable experience overall. Seller was very friendly, polite and helpful once communication was established; just required a nudge. Items arrived safely and quickly, packaging was excellent. Item was what I wanted, but original picture/description did not highlight discoloured cracks in the glaze on the border of the plates - but that’s a minor grumble they are otherwise in good condition and tbh, they are second hand. A reasonable deal.
