I notified the seller who immediately said that they would send another. The replacement arrived, also very quickly, and the item is now in pride of place in my new garden. Very pleased with the quality as well as the outstanding customer service. Original order placed on a Wednesday and the replacement received and installed the following Tuesday. Everything was as described in the advert.
