The couriers were excellent and on time. It had been excessively well packed and was in showroom condition, it looked superb. I read the instructions and assembled the ebike. I first rode it when the weather was better. I have never ridden an ebike and many years since a peddle bike, (I'm 72). I am now an instant convert, it is amazing and I still get exercise, + unbeatable value.
- a***b (133)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzte 6 MonateBestätigter KaufHailong One; Best bike for he price! delivered on time - 3 weeks later am I’m still loving it and everyone else around me loves it- I recommend this bike to anyone who wants a very good entry level e-bike - can do 20mph when changed from the ecu menu (but keep it to 15.5mph legal) it also has a throttle- which I might take out to be completely legal- (might not lol) And makes commuting a breeze- I live in London and the suspension helps with potholes so overall a amazing value bike - Thanks ☺️

Super happy with my purchase A+

The customer service here is outstanding, reply Immediately and sort the problem quickly. I highly recommend this ebike comfortable and good quality, and fast delivery just took 3days for me and easy to set up. Very satisfied thank you
