The stool feels quite a lot better with a cushion on it, though I do wonder how long this item will last. The outer is that cheaper fabric but the inner quite resilient and bouncing back after use. It was quite inexpensive. Time will tell.

Once the seller was informed of there being no delivery, they sorted the situation out and put a replacement item in the post which did arrive a few days later. Very impressed with the customer service

When they realised they could not fulfill my order, they quickly provided postage labels so that I could send the items back and refunded the money I had spent. All through this their communication was exceptional. When everything goes okay it's always easy.
