They were slightly too big around the waist but I think it’s due to the elastic waist. Should have ordered a size smaller. No one’s fault but mine. They are definitely generous in size. Would be perfect for outdoor adventures.

Draw strings are are of limited use as they come out of the material well short of the front of the shorts. They are of good value for money though and are comfortable
