There is writing and discoloration as well as a missing specialty screw that is supposed to hold the head on. I contacted the seller and asked for a partial refund- they said they would send it the next day. 3 days passed with no response, I reached back out, still no response. This manikin is unusable- I cannot find the correct screw in hardware stores and the manufacturer charges $35 for replacement sets.Infant Cpr Training Baby (Nr. 335562923493)
