We had a little issue with shipping address and Max immediately offered to build another dial and overnight it if needed, luckily we recovered the dial from the post office the next day. Was very relieved that Max took 100% ownership and continued to respond to all my questions during this time. Highly recommend Max. He took the High Road 100%! Thank You!
