I bought a set of speaker stands, was very pleased with the quality so I ordered a set of shorter speaker stands, happy as a beaver with those too. So I ordered a microphone boom stand. I wanted two but though I should get one to check the quality before I ordered a second one. It arrived yesterday and once again I am impressed with the quality of the build for the fair price. It arrived in pristine condition, now I must order another! :-)

I'm actually not a musician or a singer so I didn't buy it for musical purposes. I am a filmmaker and photographer and plan on using it to hang some small lights on it. It's perfect!
