I spoke to Lene who gave me excellent advice on a possible solution. Lene was correct on the advice. One of the seals had turned and it was not able to seal. I turned the washer and was able to get the unit to function properly. It is a great unit for crystal clear water.

At first, there were some delivery issues—the initial shipment got lost in transit and never arrived, which I believe was more of a FedEx problem rather than the company’s fault. Thankfully, the company was very responsive and understanding. They quickly arranged a replacement shipment, and I was able to receive it without any problems. I’ve already installed the system, and so far I’m very satisfied with it. Everything is w
