Thxt in thee Monkees :Season 1 and Season 2 Complete (DVD)s-set
I was born in1962 and will turn age61 in middle-Spring (in the middle of May) this year. So I am still young enough to not have watched The Monkees tv series in its original run from 1966 to 1968 on American network television. But I am old enough to remember watching the show in its earliest repeats in syndication in the early -to mid-to late -1970's. That's more than a decade before the MTV video helped to revive the show in the late-1980's by airing a marathon repeat broadcast of the entire series/show. That resulted in several reunion tours of The Monkees group and also new music recordings & albums.I went to one of those live outdoor reunion shows in the late-1980's. But in the case of The Monkees nothing is more special than seeing their original show preserved on video formats.Their combination of hilarious comedy and great rock music is still a great gift to audiences. And on (DVD) format the bonus features such as the "33 and one- Thirds Revolution Per Monkee" special;audio commentary and vintage Kelloggs commercials add even more to the great joy of The Monkees phenomena.Even thiugh 3 original groups are now deceased thank God that the hilarious and outrageous Micky Dolenz is still alive and is still carrying the flame of their legacy.He was also the best singer in their group/band.

Great & Talented Musicians! THE MONKEES
Excellent, funny DVD! Great music! Couldn't skip Season 2 of the Monkees! Fun to watch! I recommend this DVD who enjoyed the Monkees and their music.

Fun times with The Monkees.
I've always loved The Monkees growing up and was excited to find the complete series on DVD. I've been enjoying the episodes and all the music!
