Fantastic Product, well worth the money.
Love it - if you think spending nearly £200 on a fan is exorbitant think again. As a night-shift worker I wanted something to keep the air flowing whilst the windows were shut so that I can sleep in hot weather; equally I needed something quieter than the average bladed fan, so after doing some research came upon this product. On settings 1-5 the fan is exceptionally quiet, even more so if you put something sound-deadening under the motor located in the base of the unit. On settings 6 and above the fan is more noisy, but still less so than a standard bladed fan. One reason I cannot sleep with a bladed-fan on is the vibration that gets transmitted through the fan's use, on this fan there is limited vibration at the lower speeds, but again this can be diminished by placing something like a towel below the fan to absorb the vibration. I found it transmitted more vibration when on oscillation than on still. The fan is extremely well designed although the display is very bright when used at night, and cannot be easily covered as that is also the air inlet for the device, however a piece of cardboard may well get stuck over it in the future. The display is easy to read and understand. The fan is operated by remote control and this is a sleek design too, and magnetised so that it can be stored on top of the fan when not in use. The controls are self-explanatory and the timer works well. Good product all round, though remote buttons are too small
The product has mostly excellent design characteristics and is easy to use. It sits well on a table next to the window and easily fills the room with a draught of air on one of the lowest settings. Parking the remote by magnetism is a good touch. My only reservations: • The manual discourages using an extension lead, but the power lead supplied is only 1.5m, so an extension lead is essential – and works fine as far as I can see. • The buttons on the remote are too small for an oldie like me, and impossible to see in the dark.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Generalüberholt

Dyson table fan
Well designed product, surprisingly quiet even on full blast. The remote is a really useful feature and magnetically clips to the top of the fan when not being used, so you’re unlikely to lose it. I purchased mine through the official Dyson refurbishment site and got it at a good discount to normal RRP. Dyson Cool AM 300mm
Ordered as a refurb arrived brand new sealed in box with 2 year warranty, £60.00 saving. Fan on high has an aircraft hum that I do not find any problem going to sleep with. I am happy with the fan but did expect it to be a little more powerful, but then I am comparing it to the Dyson floor fan so my hopes were probably a little to unrealistic. Would I buy another?! The Dyson AM06 is a Good Purchase
The Dyson fan is a very neat piece of engineering. Normally too expensive, the price on eBay was sufficiently reduced to make it worth the expense. We also have the free-standing version of the Dyson fan, and this desktop version is smaller, but equally effective within its limited size. Cool, quiet and clever

Amazingly quiet & cool! Well worth the price
I’ve wanted one of these fans for ages and when it started getting hot, I started looking again as I’ve been working every week through lockdown and at work in my office, it’s warm even with a window open. I decided I’d try the desk top one for work but try it out at home first in our bedroom. I was impressed at how big the actual diameter is of the fan Itself as bigger than I thought. It’s perfect for our needs in bedroom and I’ll take it to work to use through the day. The noise is really quiet! I didn’t find it loud at all on 10, highest setting but I’m writing this in bed watching tv and I can’t hear it on level 4 but I can feel it. I especially love the tilt on the base backward or forward to get it exactly where I want it to direct that lovely ‘breeze’ and the remote, which I used to turn it down from 8 ( before I came to bed) to 4. I am now considering buying a 2nd one to keep just at work. I know it’s a bit pricey for a fan, but it’s not just an ordinary fan, and I’ve seen this one priced much higher than the £199 I’ve paid. I’ve seen upwards of £80 for normal ones that don’t have this technology. You get what you pay for and some things we buy aren’t worth the money we pay, not this, this one is definitely worth it. Disappointing
For this amount of money I was expecting a lot more. It is less powerful that the £30 fan I was replacing and isn't all that much quiter. The power cable is short and it doesn't tilt very much making it extremely hard to position effectively at night time. The display is too bright for night time use and you can't adjust the power level on the unit - only with the remote control. Good, but a bit overpriced
Quiet fan. Easy to move from one room to the next. Will be easy to keep clean. Powerful enough for a large bedroom. Seems bigger than I expected, but it is a design statement, aswell as a working object. I sometimes sleep with a fan on in my bedroom. Due to the recent heatwave this became more regular. The only downsides with this fan is the bright white LED digital display. It lights up the room. It would have been better to have this display with the option to switch it off. Well worth the money great product
I have been wanting a Dyson fan for a long time but the price has always put me off. However my dog recently had an operation and because of the heat I needed a more efficient fan for him and was relieved to find these. It arrived promptly, easy to set up and is really effective.
