In September, I purchased and received braces in a completely different colour. When I reported this, he responded lightly (‘I must have made a mistake’) and the correct item was not available (so why didn't you update eBay, Etsy and your website with availability information during all these months?). Listings never updated, returns complicated. He should be ashamed and CLOSE HIS BUSINESS.
