DS Lite fits snugly inside the shell and protects more than 90% of the DS' body. Grooves on the top and bottom of the shell let inserting and ejecting game paks very easy and the power slider/headphone jack cutouts are perfect. The volume slider is a little difficult to access however. Game compartment slides out easily and closes securely and the rubber interior is removable. Game card slots are good but cards fit awkwardly in there.
