The charm holder had absolutely no protection from the rough handling during shipping which means I received a flattened and slightly bent charm holder. I had to very slowly and patiently get this back into shape. And gold wire doesn't exactly go back into shape seamlessly so I have a lopsided loop holding the charms. A small cheap box is all it would have taken.
