Once I had purchased the service I felt informed and looked after from beginning to end. Extremely professional and great communication. I was updated as my device moved through their facility, receiving the news it was fixed. I received it, well packaged, and and it is working like new.

However, the unit was shipped to Nick's in the original packaging but was returned in a different and inferior packaging. If I need to reship at a later date, the original packaging is preferable. Also, I would have liked to know what the actual fix that was applied to repair the unit. There is no indication if the repair was simple or complex.
