    Item was packaged in a soft envelope, which luckily was supplemented by a heavy amount of bubble wrap, thus saving it from being destroyed by a postal employee. Really lucky it didn't get cracked, my postman likes to shove envelope type packages in my mailbox even when they don't fit. But, the item did arrive in mint condition, exactly as described, and with the slipcover too! Price was fantastic for an out of print disc. Since it arrived in mint condition, I'm a happy customer. Thanks! A+

    Inspiring story of altruism. Heart wrenching but wonderfully entertaining too!

    I adore this movie and can watch it again and again. The film itself is beautifully orchestrated and the true story it is based on a heart touching and simultaneously funny story at the same time. A wonderful portrayal of black history and a woman who is a shining example of what we all should strive to be. All the characters in the film have incredible true stories to tell. Can't say enough about how fabulous this movie is.

    Speaks for itself.

    The actors are superb. The costumes and setting are impeccable. The plot is sincere, makes you feel just like you were there with all of those people or wish you had been. Very authentic. If you want to be transported back to the late 50's early 60's in the African American/Hispanic American neighborhood to see and feel what it was like, watch Lackawanna Blues.

    Great movie...great story line... great cast!

    I've looked for this movie since the very 1st time I saw it and was so happy to find it on ebay. It's a real feel good type of movie. I'm so happy to have it in my collection.

    Great movie that deals with segregation

    I have seen this movie several times and I love it it showed that the black community was driving and it showed how segregation and desegregation changes a community it was both good and sad at the same time and the movie made you love and and feel for the situations of the characters involved all in all I'd say that this is a good movie to watch and if you open your mind you can learn something
