The fan works as it should, it's pretty quiet and it moves a decent amount of air. It came with a 13 amp fuse in the plug though, it should have a 3 amp one in there but it's easy enough to change. There's not that much difference between the two speed settings, but it's good to have the choice.

The fan seems more than capable of very good tempriture and CO2 control. The fan is loud when used as a stand alone unit as are all inline fans. However you usually silance these fans with insulated ducting, carbon filter and a box if you need it to be extra silent. This fan is the cheapest inline fan on ebay or anywhere I've looked. It was also posted fast. Can't complain
