I ordered keys for a Surface Laptop which did indeed arrive promptly. Unfortunately the keys did not fit. Then I realized that the issue was fully mine - I have a Surface BOOK, not a LAPTOP. Then Adam told me: no problem, I'll ship you the right keys, and you can send the first ones back. And BTW, the keys are cheaper, so that covers the shipping. Now all cross-country shipments have arrived and I'm back in business!

The right key and the attachments needed for the keyboard arrived well packed and in a timely manner. BEST customer service EVER!
