Pens arrived today just thrown loose into an 11x15 poly bag with no protection. Only 1 of the 12 pens is full; all the others are 1/2 or less. There is dirt on many and several have ink all over the outside where it's evident that at least one leaked. 1 is missing the factor tip cover you have to pull off to use. Will not buy from again.
