  Purchased the item Dec. 1st. Seller took almost 10 days just to ship the item. Under no circumstance is more than a week just to drop it at post office good service. Then, I didn't get it until December 26th, and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Then, when I got it, the piece in the case that holds the CD in place was missing - so the CD had no stability and was loose inside the case the entire time it was shipped. This defect was not in the description.

  Nothing I think would help. The description was accurate and graphics sharp and clear. This item was exactly what I was looking for. The seller was kind enough to notify me that due to a family emergency, the item would be shipped later than promised. Good transaction, great doing business with this seller

  I contacted the seller after I purchased this item (and before they shipped it) to ask what was included in the listing. She stated the white tube was not included and the headgear also was not included per the listing description. I purchased those items separately for $20+ because they were not included. When the item arrived it was the full mask plus headgear which is great if I hadn’t spent extra money to buy the items separately. Attempted to reach seller again but they didn’t reply.
