I previously had a negative experience from an Amazon sale of these books, but I have nothing but praise for this set. There was only a tiny dot torn on "The Two Towers" that honestly blends into the cover. The illustrations are beautiful and the box looks like an art piece on its own!

Prior to being given the tracking details there was an issue but after speaking to the seller the issue was resolved. The item did not match the edition but was the same product. The seller was able to provide steller customer service due to this issue. I am now satisfied with my purchase though wish it was a more accurate version as seen in the photo reference. The book was exactly as advertised and in its original wrapping so the condition and quality are excellent. Shipping arrived within the specified window so no complaints there. Wife loved the appearance of this edition and was excited to get it.
