They IMMEDIATELY to action, no questions asked, and shipped or reshipped items. However, it still took until March 13 for the items to arrive. I believe the first part of this was the sellers fault, but the second was the USPS. Condition was new in factory sealed package. Price was good if only it would have been as the advertised image. So no I wouldn’t recommend this product for that reason. But I would still recommend this Seller! Because I reached out and sent them pictures and they responded back. They also provided a paid return label and refunded my money.
